Nerf smoke bombs in PvP.
Specifically, the duration. They last far too long, and can lock down an entire lane for the duration of a whole zone capture.

Damage, effects, and duration have all been previously nerfed in PvP. On another note, you can OHK with shoulder charges and sticky grenades with high enough stats and no exotics.
