Ever since the update during armory week, I've had constant issues getting the game to launch consistently in Steam. Things I've tried: 1. Verifying game files 2. Reinstalling the game 3. Verified there are no conflicting applications running (nothing new/updated besides D2; was never a problem before) The ONLY thing that's worked has been to delete the prefs file, but once I change the settings back it's right back to taking multiple attempts to get it running. Bungie, I believe this is on your end as I've never encountered this until after the update on 7/29.
