Joined a soft-locked instance of Battleground Conduit
Queued into BG conduit on Master, upon load I realised it was an already in-progress instance (a 2nd player had also joined at the same time)
When we got to the waypoint we ere met with a single goblin on the other side of a barrier that was blocking progress
This has happened multiple times
