There are no "soft bans" with Destiny. You are either banned or not. If you are banned you will receive a "Not so fast..." message. If you are experiencing Cabbage issues that is not a ban, that is a connection based error. There are no ai responses. There are some preformed replies based on questions that have guides to them. Regarding unlinking, that cannot be done any longer. As you have been informed, after March 25 all linked accounts are permanently linked. Further more, your account's characters are from your xbox account, removing cross save would render those characters only playable on xbox platforms.
