It's not new to me, been the same pattern since 2014
If a powerful build slows down grind or shortens encounters, Bungie buries it, claiming it was "Bugged", but its really, "We fixed an issue where players had a chance of having fun"
"Wishful Ignorance" is a fitting exotic name to get nerfed, that's what Destiny players have to accept to talk themselves into continuing to play this game

You’re not allowed to have fun as soon as you’re having fun it’s nerf time or someone finds an exploit to have fun it’s nerf hammer time, but oh no there’s something wrong with the game it doesn’t work as it should will fix it in 6 to 8 months 🙄 bungie.

I don’t know why you play a game the you feel the need to consistently whine about. It’s incredible how many posts you have, snivelling about something, and still throw your money at destiny.

WI still works fine. I did the test and you can still burry champions and mini bosses. As far as I’m concerned though I still prefer consecration or lighting surge with syntho. I find WI to be kind of a one trick pony, it does not give health back on kill, and you have to keep BW up.
