I have had a silver sync pending error on my account for at least a year or two and I have recently come back to the game hoping to purchase some dungeon keys. I don’t want to waste my money buying silver when it won’t show up in my account. Is there any way to fix the issue or am I stuck being locked out of content?

Regarding the Dungeon Keys, sadly, at this time, they can only be purchased through the Eververse Store with Silver.
