Can’t claim Interference Shader from Solstice Rewards
Context: All event triumphs completed, can equip the Flamekeeper seal, reached and completed Event Rank 30
I cannot claim the Interference shader (the reward item for level 30). When I hover over it the tooltip says that it requires a “Rewards Pass”. I’ve already claimed event items 1-29 from the event pass with no issues.

1 ReplyHi again, For players experiencing this, please check your acquired shaders; you should already have Interference unlocked. The issue here is the "Requires Rewards Pass" message being displayed in place of an "Already Claimed" intended message. We apologize for the confusion here, but the team is aware and looking into this already!

I had the same issue, but after reading Bungie's initial reply, I checked my shaders and I do have it. At first I couldn't see it so I used DIM to search for that shader and apply it to an item. I do have it in collections. I'm not saying that you have it or it will be in the same place in collections, but my Intererence shader is in flair, shaders, page 3, 2nd up from the bottom, middle column.. Good luck.

Mine says this too, but I do have it in my list of shaders and I can apply it.

You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, and we’ll be glad to take a look. Please make sure to include some footage of your relevant triumphs and the rewards pass as well.
