Worst experience buying something in my life. So far 300$ down the toilet. No customer service whatsoever, terrible. I only get automated responses, totally depressing. I have quit Destiny, this is truly the lastest of last straws. I’ll have to do extra steps one last time to get my money back, it’ll be my last mission in my 10 years of Destiny. Talk about fall from grace.

Yup.. that tracks. Bought the Ace of Spades nerf gun for my 7 year old almost a year ago. They took ages to send it and didn't properly fil in the customs form. The brazillian customs sent it back to Bungie to correct the mistake, but they never did. They never answered any of my e-mails. They Never sent the item again and I basically lost the money, since I couldn't chargeback anymore (months had passed). So yeah... I'm pretty upset too, but I'm glad most of them are out of a job now. Good riddance. The only reason I still play this "fantastic" game is because I got my son into it and he is still having fun going through the campaings. I hope Sony dismantles the studio and uses whats left to develop cheap assets for other, better, Sony studios.
