Worst experience buying something in my life. So far 300$ down the toilet. No customer service whatsoever, terrible. I only get automated responses, totally depressing. I have quit Destiny, this is truly the lastest of last straws. I’ll have to do extra steps one last time to get my money back, it’ll be my last mission in my 10 years of Destiny. Talk about fall from grace.

I had a problem a couple years ago when I pre-ordered a Collector's Edition. The store refused to cancel my order and issue a refund! I contacted my card issuer. They generated a chargeback, and I received my refund.
