Lost solstice quest after abandoning because it wasn’t working
Platform: Steam
Problem: event quest would not progress past the first step and now I’ve abandoned it thinking that might help I can’t get it back from archive or Eva Levante

Also, if you still can't locate it anywhere, please capture a video that shows the quest is not appearing in both the Quest Archive and with Eva. Further, please ensure you check all inventory pages for these, just in case. If you do capture a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, and we’ll be glad to take a look.
