Bugged Anti-barrier
I noticed that Mint Retrograde with Anti-barrier doesn't penetrate the Vex Hydra shield. It shows an animation on the shield, but there's no hit markers and no damage numbers showing up. The anti-barrier perk works for others (hobgoblins when they're in their armor lock mode, cabal shields, and even front-shield enemies) but not for the Vex Hydra. I've even gone as far as resetting my entire artifact perks and choosing it again, but it still doesn't activate. Am I crazy or didn't anti-barrier work on the Vex Hydra shields in the past?
