I was running solo in Kell's Fall. I got to the final boss. I was in damage phase about to kill him but random add ran in front of me while I tossed my fusionnade which killed me no biggie got a lot of revives but when I respawn I spawned in the second encounter. I was like "Ok..weird?" So I traveled back up the stairs to the door only to be locked keeping from entering the final encounter! What the hell?!?! I wiped myself few times to see if spawn in the room. Nope! Respawn near the door or back down to the second encounter. So I just gave up.
