Xbox started the premium subscription trend, since 360 , but then they lost a couple generations and got generous, with no Xbox live and gamepass With that said as a Playstation player, it feels like Sony is taxing me to play on thier console, it's incredibly dated and out of touch, but I guess the money they get from us is worth the negative PR My question is, how do games like First Descendent and Warframe, avoid requiring PS Plus ?, is it because they are truly free to play with no paywalled content and DLC, only cosmetics(and in Warframe even cosmetics aren't paywalled, you can earn them by gameplay) Or are games that do require it getting a cut of the profits ?
