Winters guile not auto shattering targets in pvp
As described, winters guile does not auto shatter targets that are caught in penumbral blast in pvp. You freeze and they just stay frozen and then unfreeze. No shatter happens. Unless its intended, then what does bungie define as targets?

1 ReplyAs far as I know, its intentional and has worked that way since update 7.2.0.1 when it was added. It should instead be worded as combatants as the auto-shatter only works for PvE.
