Hello,
I’ve been experiencing a bug for several weeks where my Flawless Lighthouse Passage from a previous season is stuck in my inventory and cannot be deleted. Even though I haven’t gone flawless this weekend (or in recent weeks), the game continues to match me only against teams who have gone flawless—often full fireteams of flawless players—every time I try to play Trials.
Details:
I went flawless last season, and the Flawless Lighthouse Passage remained in my inventory even after the season reset. I’ve tried deleting it, switching characters, and picking up new passages. Nothing removes the old one. Even on characters that don’t have the bugged passage, the matchmaking is still pulling me into flawless pools. This makes Trials virtually unplayable for me now. I can’t progress past 1 or 2 wins without facing stacked flawless teams.
What I’ve Tried:
Swapping characters
Using a different passage
Full restarts and reinstallation
Waiting multiple weeks to see if it clears
Nothing has worked. The game continues to treat me as if I’m in the flawless pool from the moment I start playing. I don’t mind a challenge, but this completely removes the chance to progress or enjoy the playlist as intended.
Request:
Please investigate this bug and allow players to remove bugged passages from prior seasons or manually reset Trials status if needed. At the very least, I’d appreciate confirmation that this is a known issue and is being looked into.
Thanks for your time.
