Hey there. Characters can only be deleted manually, and unfortunately it looks like this is the case. You're showing as having three deleted characters with 1,000-2,000hrs each. As it is not possible to delete your last character, that is why you currently have a random Titan remaining, this was created to allow the deletion of your third original character. Unfortunately Bungie does not restore deleted characters or items. You should change the password for every linked account and set up 2FA on them all. Otherwise someone may be able to access your characters again, or even your platform accounts. You should figure out where the breach happened or else your accounts may never be safe.
