My CHARACTERS ARE GONE!!!!

I played yesterday....grinding my warlock to 398. I log in today and I don't have any characters like I started the game for the first time!!! Is there a way to retrieve them???

Im having the same issues bro played early this am all was good logged in now only have fresh 10 titan WTF!!!!
