This sound has to go
The shing-shing/cymbals sound from photogalvanic's activation when using the haste trade-off mode modifier gives me a headache every time it activates, and it's apparently supposed to be a buff, please change/remove it, or put in an option to turn off buff/debuff sounds that already have a visual element
