Bungie always said Solstice was free to all players... yet this year the rank 30 shader requires the season pass? Also, I really don't like the grind for the solstice alloy to get the lustrous armor on all three characters with only 2 weeks to do it. I only have one lustrous set and most of a normal set so I'm likely not going to get it done this year...
