At this point I don't even know what to do anymore, the crash / freeze issues has been a nightmare for me and I have been live like this for 6 week straight. I have tried every possible way to fix this issues myself since Bungie doesn't care to address it, but no luck whatsoever. Link to my DxDiag log: https://pastebin.com/z9gN9cEb Things that I have already tried: - Updated every driver thats exist in my PC. - Updated BIOS. - Reinstall DirectX. - Clean reinstall of my GPU Driver. - Degrading to some older version of GPU. - I even borrow my friend's GPU which is a better than mine and this issues still persist. - Verified the game files entegrity manytime. - Reinstalled the game atleast 5 time already or maybe more I lost count. - I turned off every app that play on background like Discord, Steam, Brave,... or any overlay app but no luck. Behavior: - The Freeze / Crash only happen with Destiny 2, any other game that I have like Wuwa, PUBG, Warframe,... have no issues running at all. - My playtime is 3300hrs + on steam, since Forsaken I never have such frustrating issues like this ever. - Game will hard-freeze my entire system that's require a full system reboot, sometime it just crash and boot me out to the desktop. - When freeze my PC, it completely disconect mouse, keyboard and both monitor screen, while the Audio of the game or Youtube still playing on the background for a minute then it goes static afterward, required full system reboot. - Game have no problem running Solo Ops, but with a gamemode that required a fire team of 3 to 6 like Pinacle Ops, Dungeon, Raid will crash / freeze the game within around 5 - 8 minute in. - Fireteam Ops some map running completely fine but map that have a long completetion time (like around 8 to 15 minute or longer activity) like Battleground: Oracle, Delve, Empire Hunt: The Technocrat, Liminality Strike, The Coil or Onslaught will crash / freeze very randomly, usually around 5 to 6 minute in, but it happen more when try to load to next section of the map in any of those activity. - The crash / freeze happen more and very random when doing Destination Activity like in Keplar. - Running solo on Pinacle Ops will also crash / freeze, sometime it happen soon early within 5 minute or very late about 15 minute after. - Regardless the activity, it will crash / freeze no matter what within 5 minute in a game if I play with any friend on my friendlist or starting a game with a fireteam. - Sometime when go to the Tower and move between Courtyard, Hangar, Bazaar will also trigger the freeze / crash. - PVP so far have no issues at all. I don't know what I should do at this point since Destiny 2 is the only game that I play daily, I paid for this DLC and pretty much the entire content of it has been unplayable. I have considered lot of time to refund this DLC and I really don't wanna do that. Please for the love of god, I need some help and fix your game Bungie.
