Wrong Playstation and XBOX account linked by error due to QR signin malfunction..
Specifically, I signin to Destiny for the first time on my XBOX and when I link, I selected my Playstation account by logging in with the onscreen QR code using my iPhone. I selected my account 1000% but then it somehow logged my son's account instead of mine.
I'm the only one that plays Destiny in the house and I'm stuck in a 90 day waiting period because the autologin put the wrong info via QR link. Cannot link my account to bring over to my new platform due to an error and now I have to wait it out? Where's the support here?

1 ReplyBungie removed the ability to unlink account (except Twitch) on [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]March 25[/url]. You unfortunately will not be able to remove the PSN account from your Bungie profile or be able to swap it for your own account. There are no exceptions being granted by Bungie and they will not unlink the account for you. Even through the QR code, the expectation is on the player that they are, during platform authentication to link an account (this is handled by your platform - ie Playstation), signed into the correct account - which if you use auto fill/already have an open session with another account signed in is easy to make a mistake with.
