Exotic Class Item Stats Not Random
Whenever you get an exotic class item roll with the same two exotic perks the stat roll will always be the same. I'm unsure if this is an issue exclusive to xur but the issue has been constant, I have rolled 6+ rolls with the same two exotic perks and the stat rolls have been the exact same (same stat blocks and numerical values) every time.
