another post regarding heavy frame drops/stutter since this week's update

This is really annoying, and I have tried everything possible already to fix it. Game drops to ~30 fps every few seconds. Was completely fine before this past Tuesday's update. No issues with any other game. 14900kf + 4080 super

Same, 4070ti 14700k constant stutter fixes dont work even clean install of windows
