Didn't get 100 sinthweave after completing an Ada Bounty
I had Full inventory and the 100 sinthweave didn't appear after claiming the bounty

You will need to make sure you have at least one open inventory slot when you complete the next bounty. Bungie won't restore the lost Synthweave.
