This is the correct place to post about an issue like this, you say you've previously contacted Bungie before your other post, but they do not have a contact channel for this kind of thing, so I am not sure what you used. There's no obligation, in Steam's agreement with developers, for achievements to actually be or remain achievable. There isn't anything for Steam to act on in this case. Bungie are aware that Edge of Fate has broken some achievements. Like in the cases where this has happened previously (the ones linked to the Leviathan raid for example) they will get changed eventually. It's a known issue to which there is currently no ETA. Posts that report the issue may get marked as solved, while the issue is not in fact solved. That's because it's a gamebase-wide known issue where updates won't be given directly to the user, they'll be mentioned in the information about upcoming patches. So they just confirm to the poster that the issue is on their radar.
