Re. Solstice this year and next...
1) Is the armor set and Event Tokens returning next Solstice, or will they be phased out?
2) Why was use of the Event Token locked behind rank 5? I just noticed that, was trying to burn the Portal modifers on rank 4; couldn't complete it in both Quick/Custom for some reason.
