Outbreak Perfected Catalyst did not drop
I completed and cashed in all the quests from Ada-1. I opened the chest in the boss room on expert mode. My triumphs show that I completed Outbreak Perfected 1, 2 and 3.
The catalyst did not drop when I opened the chest.
I am very frustrated. I forgot to take a screenshot I was exhausted from repeatedly trying to beat the clock.
Please give me the catalyst. My gameplay history should show that I opened the chest.

I re-ran zero hour on normal mode. Didn’t fix the problem. I crafted a brand new gun and level it up to 18. Didn’t fix the problem. I really need help from Bungie support to fix this bug and give me the catalyst. I have already opened the chest twice on legend difficulty. Not really wanting to run it again, especially if I will emerge empty handed again!
