I can't seem to find a clear answer on this anywhere. They took away the featured system but I do not see any communication from them if old raid and dungeon exotics are farmable. I feel like when I google it there is a different answer everywhere I look. I really want Icebreaker but I'm not going to waste time if they said somewhere it is only once per character per week. I tried looking through old TWIDs and couldn't find a direct answer. Any help would be much appreciated!
