From my experience in all of the grinding that I've gone through to get to 418 light so far is that when the vanguard most wanted shows up it's pretty much pointless to interact with it because it takes a lot of effort most of the time especially when you're at a low power Delta to take them out and they run away if you don't kill them fast enough and most of the time if you do kill them you get no reward and the points don't really matter at all for your final reward whether you take them out or not you're still going to end up with the same reward at the end that you were going to get. So something I thought would be very interesting and maybe make the grind a little more enjoyable for people would be since it's a random thing when they show up is have it be if you defeat the vanguard most wanted they themselves don't drop anything but whatever your reward is when you complete that operation will be plus one so if a player that's earning tier 3 loot for an A clear if they had the most wanted appear and defeated it and still got A rank when they finish the mission they'll be getting tier 4 loot instead as a reward this will allow lower light people to have a chance to get some better quality gear and be more enticing and fun. If you wanted to take it a step farther you could make it a guaranteed Prime drop on the completion of the run in addition to the regular drops which would also seriously help with the agonizing grind post 400 light level.
