The week modifier is preventing guardian rank up
This week Bungie decided to give us a free modifier that increases special weapon damage and ammo drops. This isn’t a bad thing, but it also locks out any of the famine challenge modifiers from being used. This basically locks out anyone that guardian rank 7 from ranking up for the whole week if this isn’t changed.
