hello i am unable to claim some seasonal ornaments on specifically my warlock and titan on the addon for old season pass loot, i've had no issues with my hunter so i tend to play on hunter more because i honestly don't know what's going on with warlock and titan. i've deleted them before to reorganize which characters appear first etc (just a small thing that only affects me i get it) but every time i see i'm not even able to claim the season pass gear i earned on warlock and titan, i want care for them less. my friends account that spends very little time on said characters as well but it's never had any issues as far as claiming ornaments so i am wondering why i can't? i have the season of the witch ornaments on my hunter for example and the wayback machine addon shows i have the titan set but it just won't let me claim them. is there anything i could do? any advice would be appreciated please
