Stuck at 400

I’ve completed almost everything, and now A Grade Grandmaster rewards, powerful rewards and pinnacles are not dropping 401+. What’s up with that? Even as T5.

Only pinnacles drop above 400 power and are RNG drops. The way to level past 400 are pinnacles, zavala, event pinnacles.
