Tier 5 loot after hitting 450
I reached power level 450 and activated the thingy on Keplar that says it adds +2 to tier drops on Keplar. Played several solo ops missions with an A score on Keplar and only received tier 4 drops. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah what the other guy said. Portal activities reward portal gear, the upgrade at the altar on Keplar only effects Keplar gear which can only be earned by doing Keplar activities (time latch missions, The Sieve, etc). You might want to look up a guide on the Keplar loot cave. That will allow you to farm unlimited T5's in Keplar patrol to your heart's content.
