From B+ to A 3x 20+ & a 10+ Modifier
I'm 405 power and I need 3x 20 modifier and 1x 10 modifier to go from B+ to A. This means that I need 70 Power from B+ to A.
(No green modifiers on)
Is this a bug or is it intentional.
