Divine Fragmentation Quest Bug
I ran into a bit of an issue in regard to getting the Divine Fragmentation quest, I've completed shadow keep (I own the DLC as well), beat the garden of salvation raid and I've also completed most of the lectern essence quests. I've verified that this is abnormal and would love to know if this is a bug.
