As a recent returning player to Destiny 2, I am finding myself asking the question, does the bungie devs even play the game or know what fun is anymore? Lets not even talk about the level of grind in the game now to achieve 450 power. I thought I remember bungie saying something about with the power reset and the new portal system there is no limit to how much power you can achieve. I must have been dreaming.
No, my real issue is the mythic missions. I have no issue with the difficulty of the missions. What I have issue with, is the fact that all the enemies and bosses are basically just bullet sponges. I am at 402 power level. It takes AGES to kill any yellow bar enemies. Bungie, this is NOT fun. These new kepler missions are INSANELY long and they are just not fun at all. I mean, I get that you dev's poured a lot of hard work into the game, but did you even play it as you were designing it??? Again, the mythic missions ARE NOT FUN. The rewards for the mythic missions are MOST DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE MISSION. I'm sorry but I don't want to have to become a speed runner just to get through these missions in a decent amount of time for toilet bowl rewards. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something about this bungie. You guys seemed to be making mistake after mistakes and bad design after bad design. The campaign and story was interesting and I would have given it 5 stars if it wasnt for the mission length. It felt sooo tedious getting through. I want to like destiny. I want to enjoy playing destiny, but right now I just cant do it. Please get back to greatness. MDGA..... MAKE DESTINY GREAT AGAIN!

Of course, they test it, in-house im sure using good computers with good internet and they are the devs so they probably have a different set up then us and they play with other devs and play testers in controlled environments. They have no clue what it is like to play on a ps5 with someone hundreds or miles away on Wi-Fi that they dont know. Play test sure, but not quality play testing. They should be forced to go to McDonald's and use their wifi to play on a laptop that can barely handle the game and see how it runs for them. Maybe play for 5 hours straight after work every day to level up and see how bad it feels when you hit 400 and dont even get one good drop in that 5 hours and stay stuck at the same level for days.
