Destiny could honestly use a global chat across the game
Purely for entertainment purposes, obviously there would be toxic chats for the first week but I think Bungie could handle it plus the destiny community would not only humble itself but become more connected

I chat in the Tower sometimes. Sometimes people chat back, sometimes they just tell me to shut up. 😅 As an old school WoW player, I do miss city chat sometimes, it's fun, I get the appeal! Thing is, D2 already has /local chat and nobody uses it, we all have access to /local but we mostly ignore it. I don't think global chat would be bad necessarily, the inherent badness of internet chat notwithstanding, I'm just not sure the community would take much advantage of it, but I don't have any hardcore objections. Could be neat. +1.

There is, press dpad in chat box to switch to local chat when in tower, patrol, etc
