What about Mementos?
I had a few solstice mementos drop during the event, but they can't be applied to new weapons. Is the option to use them on any weapon coming back in a future update?

It wouldn't be Bungie if they didn't introduce a limited version of something that already existed (Mementos, when compared to Shaders) just to immediately forget they exist when they roll out another half-baked system-wide gear overhaul.
