I'm 368 on Titan, the enemies are 430 and yet the level says B. To get the weapon I need B+. Just how much harder do I have to make this? 62 under level and it shouldn't be a struggle to set it up for B+. I don't recall this difficulty in setting up B+ scores when I levelled my Warlock.
