This may be minor (FAIK), but we used to be able to transfer all items from the terminal or remotely. Now the toggle prompt for Vehicles has been removed so you have to travel to the terminal if you want to transfer. What is happening specifically is it won't transfer vehicles from your menu if not tethered to the terminal, and you can't toggle over from "Store Vehicle>Equip Vehicle" while at the terminal; this leaves you stuck in one mode depending on whether you're tethered to the terminal. This also means that if you want to equip a vehicle while tethered to the terminal, you have to get off the terminal first. Weapons/armor seem unaffected by this.
