Rewards and Engrams from Seasonal challenges are coming at lvl 200
I'm past 400 light power, and as I reported before, engrams and rewards from the seasonal challenge are rewarding items at the soft cap of 200.
I'm assuming here that this is a bug, because it makes no sense to award a lvl 200 item to people past lvl 200.
