There is a glitch where the penumbral centurion can become completely unkillable, not even a side objective like a blight or well of light
The final boss of the salt mines for the taken, the centurion can become completely, as stated. I dont know what causes it, but it can happen, as it has just happened to me. He gets a shield, and a blight spawns. I destroyed the blight, but he remains shielded, and the blight did not respawn
