Returning player stuck at Power Level 10 after skipping New Light
Hi, I’m a returning player. After skipping New Light, all my gear and drops are stuck around Power Level 10–25. I completed the current seasonal intro quest, checked Postmaster, vendors, and Collections, but everything still scales to low Power. It looks like my account didn’t receive the seasonal floor boost (~1750). Can you please re-flag my account so I can progress? Thanks. I play PC and my name should be GiftedNinja

Edited by BNGHelp3: 8/21/2025 3:43:47 AMBungie did a power squash with Edge of Fate. 10 power is where everyone starts at with 450 being the current power cap. With Ash & Iron in September it'll be raised to 550. Anything that says the power floor/starting power is anything besides 10 is outdated/incorrect.

10 is the new floor for everyone. The popup when you hover over your Power explains what it equals in the old system.
