For Guardian rank 7 you need to complete an activity with a famine modifier active, which is all well and good but when you make the famine mod the same as the current special ammo surge which then DISABLES the famine modifier it then means you can't complete the rank requirement! I mean honestly, did NO ONE at Bungie think this might be an issue for those who need it to complete the rank??
