People that steal intellectual property are rarely honest.

Technically they said they are buffing primes by the number of an activites completion rewards but since they don't divulge any numbers, that buff could be as little as a 10th of a percent. While I admit that the power grind is slow, and god, ever so boring... the bigger problem is that it's largely pointless (aside from armor I guess) by itself. Players at 450 are presented with the same short list of things that they already spent 200 hrs playing. I already can't stand to look at the solo ops playlist or pinnacle ops and I'm at 420. Then there's the looming power reset. Im ok doing this like once a year but its simply not good enough to do it twice. Progression needs a lot of work, but the Portal and a reason to play beyond a handful of armor stats, in my opinion, is far more important. There's like 5% of Destiny 2 in the portal. That's a generous number I think but adding, what, like another 1 or 2% isnt going to do much. Its clear the portal wasn't ready for release and putting it out like this really damaged the game in my opinion.

Makes me want to play less each time they post one of them twids think it's time to move on to something else no longer is there any excitement or ENJOYMENT when logging on to play

They love to shoot themselves in the foot.

The only explanation I can think of is that two different people wrote the statement regarding Power Progression and the TWAB. They're both complete opposites of each other. Next TWAB, Bungie has to either backpedal on these changes, or announce some positive changes to the leveling system. Because what they've shown so far ain't it.

My exact thoughts. LAST week, we hear you, progression is slow and we are working on resolving that. This week, you found efficient ways to progress so instead of making the inefficient ways more enticing, providing more loot and increasing rewards.. they choose to lessen the rewards. Bungie just can't get the -blam!- out of their own way. They are worse than politicians who say whatever needs saying right now to satisfy the men and women with pitchforks, then change their tune behind closed doors.
