Hi,
I have recently began experiencing stutters accompanied with extreme 1% fps lows following last weeks update. It’s happening in all activities that I have tested. My specs are:
5070 Ti
14900kf
32 gb ram
Ways I have tried to resolve issues:
Clearing shader caches
Clean installing windows
Repairing/reinstalling destiny 2
Using vsync/gysnc
FPS capping
Scanning hardware/software for issues (none found)
Using previous nvidia drivers
Nothing has solved the issue. My other games run fine. I have tested R6, Fortnite, Rocket League and more. Would appreciate some help or a fix to this. Has anyone else found a solution?
(Yes my monitor is set to the correct refresh rate)

I posted a response on a reddit thread about having the same issue. 10900kf, 3090, 32 GB DDR5, 2 1TB M.2 drives. 1440p 240Hz monitor. I've tried everything at this point. Cleared shader cache for both Nvidia and DX on windows. Completely removed MSI Afterburner and Riva. Cleaned my AIO CPU cooler. Uninstalled Battlefield 6 removed their anti cheat and went back to non-secure boot. . Updated to the newest drivers. Reverted to older drivers. No impact. Completely reinstalled windows 11, Steam, and only destiny 2 after wiping both my C drive and the drive is store games on. A completely clean reinstall, offline too to prevent windows from installing drivers I didn't want. Still hitching. Still choppy. I'd record but I don't think that will help explain the problem. Bungie also prevents overlays so you can't show in great detail the additional issues. The steam overlay does work for fps, and you can see the "lows". It was consistently dropping into the mid 20s. And then back up to somewhere in the 200s. It's a very jarring problem. But I do think the extreme frame drops are what we are noticing. No idea what is causing it.
