Hand cannon doesnt fire
Try to shoot any hand cannon and the hammer pulls and wheel spins. No boom. Tried on gun range and in control.

Are you using trigger stops? If so, try disabling them then check again - they also cause trouble with sparrows and boosting. Also worth checking file integrity if you're on Steam and if you're on console [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049199051-Clearing-the-Console-Cache]clearing cache[/url].
