Cant Raise Guardian LEVEL due to this weeks event
You locked out being able to go from Guardian Level 7 to 8 by locking us out from using Modifier FAMINE and it is a direct MUST do to complete the level. Please make this weeks modifier an optional selectable perk instead of forcing us to use it.

However, we can confirm that this is intended due to the Special Surge being live. You should be able to use Famine again next week when the Surge ends.
