If you're on Steam, you can clear the cache by going to Steam>Settings>Downloads>Clear Download Cache. 2) If you were doing the mission in a fireteam, please try it solo, or vice versa. 3) Please ensure the mission difficulty is set to a tier that you have access to, just to be safe.
