I have recently got back into Destiny 2 on Xbox and had created a Bungie profile for it. I played Destiny & Destiny 2 on Playstation and have a separate Bungie profile for it. Is it possible to merge the two profiles for cross-play? I can't unlink either game platform from its original Bungie.net profile and the "merge" instructions on the help website are somewhat vague and hard to follow. Is there a way to combine the two profiles or am I stuck since they are already linked? EDIT : I did some more digging and saw that the deadline to unlink platforms & accounts was March 25th, 2025. I am hoping that is not the case for merging Bungie.net profiles but I am guessing that the merging instructions on the help website were active before the deadline, are no longer valid and need to be taken off the help forum.
